It was unsettling to wake up and have that smell linger around, especially in the bathroom, making it difficult to refresh for the day. Additionally, the cleanliness was concerning. there was popcorn scattered on the floor, giving the impression that the room had not been cleaned properly before my arrival.

the grandstay hotel in waseca is so overrated, I was unimpressed. there was a bizarre odor in my room that smelled like sewer gas—totally charming, right? oh, and don't even get me started on the slow shower drain. I almost thought I might get an upgrade, but apparently, that's just a dream I can’t afford here.

Had an awesome time with friends! The cozy rooms were just perfect after a day visiting nearby attractions like the lake and local eateries. Staff made us feel welcome and were super helpful. Definitely would recommend for a fun getaway.
